Common Questions
- Timer doesn't ring — open Settings → Sound & Vibration and make sure both toggles are enabled. On iOS, also check that the app is allowed to send notifications in System Settings → Notifications → Pomo.
- Music keeps pausing — go to Settings → Battery on your device and disable battery optimization for Pomo. On iOS, ensure Background App Refresh is enabled for Pomo.
- Notifications not appearing — grant notification permission when prompted, or enable it manually in your device's Settings → Notifications → Pomo.
- Radio station won't play — check your internet connection. Some streams are region-restricted; try a different station from the list.
- Calendar events not showing — grant calendar permission in your device's Settings. Pomo only reads upcoming events; it never modifies your calendar without your action.
